Leadership has a dichotomy. People like the idea of being the boss, being in control but when it comes to taking responsibility people tend to become reticent to step forward and volunteer for these things.
A leader has a duty to those being lead, as these people will be judging and relying on them.
Moses was someone who tried to avoid leadership as much as he could.
How did Moses become on of the great leaders of the Bible?
