Not to go on about it, but TV evangelists are clear examples of experts promoting their own brands—to understand how this specific enemy operates against sanctification is wise.True Spiritual Success is summed up in our salvation experience. If you are clothed in Christ and walking in the Spirit, you have reached the peak of success. Paul’s proclamation, “Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” (Rom.8:1), is the ultimate victory cry! It is in the context of our church experience that we live victorious lives. Herein we walk in the Spirit, and herein success is defined by the Christian’s very existence—Satan failed!Our normal human needs and responsibilities are under new spiritual management. And we especially cling to those obligations unique to us as disciples. Our commitment to the souls of men and the wellbeing of the church are sacred, and abide with us till our dying day. Become expert at bearing fruit for the Kingdom is our passion. The Spirit will organise us into more useful service if we seek His ways. Looking to His divine revelation we will learn those ways by discernment and application. It is paramount that we understand that what we hear, and how you hear it, determines what we know, and therefore, what you are becoming.
