•It is crucial to put things in place to make sure your prayer-life does what it is supposed to do—To Failsafe it! • •A daily job. •Distractions abound. •Daily routines change. •People and Things come and go. •The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry. Colossians 4:3 (NASB) 3 praying at the same time for us as well, that God will open up to us a door for the word, so that we may speak forth the mystery of Christ, for which I have also been imprisoned;
•This is not a case of automatically going into a spiritual “Limp Mode.” •This is stacking the odds against failure. •Fool proofing your prayer life •Going on in spite of failure and accident Matthew 6:6 (NASB) 6 But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.
1 Thessalonians 3:11-13 (NASB) 11 Now may our God and Father Himself and Jesus our Lord direct our way to you; 12 and may the Lord cause you to increase and abound in love for one another, and for all people, just as we also do for you; 13 so that He may establish your hearts without blame in holiness before our God and Father at the [a]coming of our Lord Jesus with all His [b]saints.
Faith, like trees need water to live and thrive. Jesus gives us Living Water. Jesus is our Life. It is only from him that comes “Times of Refreshing.” Acts 3:19 (NASB) 19 Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord;
